Julia Frey

Julia Frey received her BA from Bard College, where she was a theater major advised by JoAnne Akalaitis. She has studied and performed improv and sketch comedy at the Upright Citizen’s Brigade Theater, the Magnet Theater, ComedySportz, and has performed with the sketch group Olde English (www.oldeenglish.org). Julia was the lead in the indie feature Between Something and Nothing, a film by Todd Verow that has appeared in New York, Philadelphia, Tel Aviv, Berlin, Mexico City, and Jakarta. She’s appeared in all sorts of film and multimedia projects around town, including the Under the Radar Festival and the Museum of Art and Design. Julia pays her rent by making lattes and martinis for the rich and famous.
