Thank you for your interest in making a tax-deductible contribution to Some Editing and Some Theme Music!
After our successful run at the 2009 New York International Fringe Festival, we are thrilled to confirm that we have been selected to present some editing and some theme music at the New Orleans Fringe Festival this November!
seastm is one of only eight New York shows tapped by the Fringe’s juried selection committee to participate in the Crescent City’s second annual festival. Last year’s inaugural presentation was a huge success, and this year’s offering features over forty theater groups converging on a dozen venues in one of the country’s most historic cultural centers.
The generosity of our supporters enabled us to present some editing and some theme music in New York in August, and the investments we made in the set, costumes, and other production elements will come with us to New Orleans. Unfortunately, new expenses come with this new opportunity. We hope you will be willing to support our upcoming effort as we make our small contribution to the artistic renaissance of this community.
We’ve listed some of the expenses we are faced with below; any and all contributions will go a long way towards helping us reach our goal.
$250 Buys one round-trip airfare from New York City to New Orleans
$125 Houses one member of the artistic team for seven nights
$100 Ships all set and costume pieces from New York City to New Orleans
$50 Rents space for one rehearsal in New Orleans
$20 Gets us from the airport to our hotel
We are members of The Field’s “Sponsored Artist Program,” so all donations to our show are completely tax-deductible.
Your generosity is greatly appreciated, and we can’t thank you enough for your support.
